This place sucks and the people that work here are incompetent. The never give a straight answer. I just ended up calling the insurance directly after THEY told me I couldn't to get the answers I needed. Not the excuses I kept getting.

Hijgly unprofessional business practices. Posted hours are not followed. They closed well before their listed closing time simply because they felt like it. If they cannot follow their own set schedule imagine how they would disregard the importance your insurance accounts. Their amateur practices cost them a significant amount of patronage.
