I had just returned back to the Lehigh Valley for my father funeral services and my car would not turn over.. I had gotten a lot of work recently done to it and did not think upon my return I would have had any issues.. He had come out to help with a jump … he was unable to get it to register.. which meant my battery was completely drained.. he helped to remove it and suggested to take it to a local Auto Zone as they would have that kind of charger and time needed for that

Where do I start. Signed up for home and auto insurance along with membership. Month later a letter shows up stating insurance will be ending in 3 weeks ,for some unknown reason and to call to rectify. Called number listed and left messages morning and night for a week. No response. Called office and 1800#. Put on hold and hung up on several times. Eventually found out my home insurance was already canceled a week ago without my knowledge. At which point I got insurance from USAA. Tried several times to cancel auto policy through AAA was hung up several times again after being on hold forever.

Traveling to Germany soon, they were helpful to find the right phone adaptor. Also, the two women helping me informed me that I needed an international driver's license permit. Within 5 minutes they took my picture and produced the permit. Thank you AAA. I appreciate your service.
