Customer Serv is horrible nowadays no welcomin greetn, no patience while on the phone IF u evn get a live person & truly not a considerate person! I shout you out Joe bcuz u were beyond Awesome, u went above & beyond to help me retain my policy of which I’ve had for yrs but start falln behind aftr bein dropd to pt😫in a recession! God is gd since finally findn anothr pt job with descent pay so I stay ahead with SF & othr responsibilities!

• Honestly, one of the best insurance agents I’ve ever worked with! Alden and his team are friendly, patient, and really take the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense. • State farm has the best vehicle and renters insurance. Every one at the Alden Thomas office are very personable and work with you for what ever your needs are. I deal with Joe alot and he's always there for me and gives good and sound advice on any questions i have. I absolutely recommend State farm for anyone seeking insurance.
