I’ve had an outstanding experience with State Farm for both my car and homeowners insurance. Not only are their rates very competitive, but their customer service is top-notch—Both Andrew and Lori are very responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! The claims process was seamless and efficient and Lori even followed up with me to ensure everything went smoothly- which NEVER happens!!!
