More on GoogleThis company will bait you into buying insurance because they advertise the lowest premiums on the market. DO NOT BE FOOLED, THEY WILL RAISE THE PRICES ON YOU TENFOLD. My monthly premium has DOUBLED since I signed on two years ago and am now paying almost $200/month for the same coverage I was paying $90 for in 2023. I called them trying to negotiate my premium down and they did not even entertain the thought because they think I'll be trapped now that my 13 year old dog has known preexisitng conditions that won't be covered elsewhere. This company is sleezy, look for insurance elsewhere.

If you are intending to get insurance for your pet - AVOID these guys. It’s constant denial after denial - and the customer service is garbage. When you question the “policies” you get bogus explanations - and how they define things is insane, human insurance is ridiculous- but this is even worse. I have highly suggest looking into other companies - we had our policies for over 3 years, paid monthly, and they find every chance to deny - it’s not about the money it’s just solely principle at this point. 3 years of premiums of $100 to deny a simple claim of $250 over a bogus definition. I have been happy with Animalia pet insurance after my dog Gus got sick and ended up in the emergency hospital, luckily he had a full recovery and after submitting all of my claims, they were quickly submitted online and processed and approved in a timely manner. After my deductible and my 20% coinsurance, they sent me back a good chunk of money that I had spent upfront for Gus ‘s care. Very happy that I chose on Amimalia as my pet insurance for a good piece of mind.
