More on GoogleI started out with a good feeling changing over my auto and car insurance with this place. I went home feeling satisfied until I had problems/questions about my new homeowners policy. Phone calls weren't returned and when I finally got a hold of someone I was told they would look into the situation and I would get a call back. That never happened and I was on my own dealing with the problem myself! The office is always closed too. Unprofessional to say the least!
