• I was an Erie customer through a local broker for over 20 years. I was recommended to Randy from ARK through a friend. I went in and sat down and we got to work. We talked a bit and he got an the necessary information. I left and he said he would find me the best rates and coverage for my 2 vehicles and homeowners insurance. The rates came back at about half of what I was paying and the coverage was actually a lighter better. They truly do put customers first! He checks yearly for better rates from other companies and let's me know if a switch is worth it. I even recently got liability
