• I was looking for homeowners insurance quote on 9/24, I phoned 5 times, spoke with his secretary and he did not have the courtesy to respond once twice and again no response. I also emailed him twice and same , no response. When my car insurance came up in 12/24 I tried again twice and no response. A friend who refered him called his office and his secretary had the guts to send me a voicemail and say I must have dialed the wrong number... the same person I spoke with 6 times! • Baldasari Insurance was excellent in converting our multiple policies from another insurance company that we were with for over 10 years. The service was fast, accurate and outstanding. What we like most is that when we call the office a person actually answers the phone. If we send an email, we either get a prompt email reply or a call whichever is most appropriate. We are happy with our decision to change insurance companies and very happy that we chose Baldasari.
