• My reviews are strictly about the wellness plan. The company is awful and makes it virtually impossible to cancel your plans. They will auto renew the plan without letting you know and refuse to cancel or refund money even though the pet did not use the services. They will tell you there is nothing they can do over the phone and send you into the store, where they also can do nothing. Even their phone app has a button for “manage plans and payment” but the button is the only button on the app that doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time or money. It’s nothing but a scam.

• I took my dog here on November 2, 2025, with a stool sample after noticing a very dark, almost black bowel movement. I was told not to worry and that I’d have the results in 3–4 days. After 5 days with no update, I called only to find out they never sent the sample out because my dog “seemed fine.” So why tell me I’d have results in 3–4 days? A week later, my dog became very sluggish and not herself. I rushed her to an emergency vet, and after $7,000 in tests and care, I was told she needed to be put down. Without a doubt, the Fairless Hills location stands out as truly outstanding! The level of professionalism, genuine kindness, and compassion from every staff member is unmatched.
