The staff at the KOP Petsmart are super friendly. My pup is a mix between German Shepherd and Lab so she is mid size. She has grown with them through the years. From her first few visits of being snappy and trying to run the other way. They handled her professionally and with incredible care. And a huge plus for being the only ones who have been able clip her nails!

I used Banfield Pet Hospital in King of Prussia for my dogs first year. Excellent value and everybody is always nice there. I moved away and just recently returned, 3 years later. Today was my first appointment since I returned. The front desk staff could not have been nicer. Vet techs Ray and Seven were amazing. So kind and so sweet with my dog! And Ray was absolutely outstanding! I would trust her with anything! I went with a new plan that would include dental cleanings Truthfully I feel a little bit deceived about what is included.
