I was grossly misquote of which I was informed a month after the fact and again 2 months after the fact for a different misquote these people did. I advise against going to this agency. At first my experience with them was excellent. Towards the end of my association with them, I had called to get a cheaper insurance rate through another company and they never followed through with it. When I cancelled my insurance with them I had sent a signed cancellation form and they confirmed they had received it. They never cancelled my insurance and I ended up being billed by my new insurance and my old insurance. Come to find out they never cancelled my insurance policy through them and claimed they never received the cancellation form. Be very m

Best agency in the valley if you ask me. Almostb10 years with them and I dont have to worry about anything. Jim and Bob have given my family nothing but the best in service since day one. If you are looking for quality insurance and good people, this is where you want to be.
