Brookside insurance agent Shanon is wonderful! She walked me though step by step explaining everything very well and communicating in eye level. She always uses terminology that I understood and make me feel comfortable making important decisions. Shanon is very calm, friendly and responsive. Brookside insurance makes me feel welcomed and each and every question I have gets answered by a professional. You definitely want someone like them by your side especially when you most need them.
