Worst company ever. No accountability for serving their customers. Tried to find an in network dentist and they literally don’t exist. Their website for searching for doctors doesn’t work when you try to search as a member. When I searched as a guest it listed doctors that told me they were not covered. When I called to confirm a doctor that was in network, the representative said they called the dentist directly to confirm they were in network and accepting patients and then transferred me. When I was connected with the dentist, they told me nobody from the insurance company had called them.

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY, now going on ten days with no coverage because my father is out of work due to open heart surgery, my mother who suffered from a stroke in the past, now neither of them can attend doctors appointments, my mom has not had blood pressure medication in 2 days because our insurance has been canceled. Called on January 3rd about this issue was told I’ll hear back from them within 24 hours here we are a WEEK later & nothing, both of my parents are at a serious health risk without the proper medications. Your better off going with ANY other insurance company.
