• My husband and I called the # for Big Lou. The representative who called back was very obnoxious from the time he started speaking to us. I wish we got his name. When my husband asked questions about why he had to give certain info the rep became rude and even told my husband if he just wants quotes to google them. If he had been more professional and cordial he may have gained a new customer. We politely ended the call.
