• Comfortable and reassured that our agent was there for me and would know exactly what I needed to start a claim. He walked me through everything and instructed me on what I was to do. Everything went smoothly and got it all done. He was very kind and supportive. He does an excellent job of representing Allstate and they should be proud of him!

• The app offers discounts if you use the driving app. I would imagine an insurance company would be interested in preventing distractions. Not this one! Only offers the discount with phone notifications active. It gives notifications constantly: '45 more points til another discount." '20% less hard breaking this week.' Deleted the entire app. Trash. Ed and crew are awesome. Answer every time I call.
