• Sorry AF. My wife and I are in our mid thirties, never filed an insurance claim. Moved, bought a new house and encountered an issue with the seller not disclosing an issue. Called for advice and was told to open a claim, wait for an Adjuster to call and help me. Within FIVE minutes, I recieved a call for the Adjuster and was told that the policy didn't cover the claim, I could withdrawal or be denied. Then from now on, we have to disclose that we've filed a claim. The Adjuster recommended that we talk to our Agent (Ron) for advice moving forward. Ron called the next business day, said he'd ca

• Cancelled my policy. Was told I owed nothing. Received a bill. Called, they said I owed nothing again. Got a collection notice. Called. Said I owe $120. Basically, they moved some numbers around in the computer when I cancelled my policy to make me owe money.
