• Absolutely terrible experience and I ended up getting the same coverage for a fraction of the cost through ERIE. This Company is not small business friendly find another option. Representatives were not responsive to documentation needs of my clients and insisted I keep coverage on company owned vehicles not being used. Im not sure how they stay in business. Negative 10 on a scale of 1-10. I had to reach out directly to the underwriters to get what I needed. Sure it was during covid crisis but life and business goes on.
