Horwath Insurance Agency

• Ilene was my representative and went above & beyond to assist me! The insurance agency I had used for years got bought out by Horwath and I have had nothing less than an amazing experience. She helped me get home owners insurance through Erie (which I already had for auto & renters). The best part is once I signed up it was a done deal. Even after checking with several other competitors I still had the best deal with the best coverage. She helped me save money & so much time. Even when I check back every couple years I have the satisfaction of finding out again & again I made the right choice

• We had a very positive experience with Jason Dagnall when we were searching for car insurance. When i walked into his office without an appointment, he was very pleasant and responsive to our needs. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. He quickly put together a few quotes for us. We would highly recommend Jason to anybody!

• I received excellent customer service with Ilene. She was extremely kind, patient, understanding and very prompt on responding and satisfying to my need. The cost of this agency came in lower than others and I am truly grateful for the experience and recommend to others.
