• I've been happily dealing with Insurance 5000 for my business liability insurance for a few years now, and just recently, Traci proposed to review my homeowners and auto policies I had with another carrier. Not only did she get me way better rates on both, but she also got me a better rate on my liability insurance, as well. • My experience with Kim was great. After my rates started going up, I contacted my previous broker as well as 2 other brokers. Kim was the only one to call me back. She worked out a couple of my plans during Thanksgiving week and then other plans that were expiring on Christmas week. I'm still waiting for calls back from my brokers who I have been with for years. Good communication is the key to a good business relationship. Look forward to working with them for years to come.

• I have been with insurance 5000 for years. My full coverage on my new car is set at a reasonable rate. My life insurance policies are set at a reasonable rate. Every agent I've ever spoken to has been nice, helpful and very knowledgeable. I would recommend insurance 5000 if you are in search of a new insurance provider.
