What my family and I love the most about James & Rae is the fact that we are provided with a personal relationship from a family run company - with the backing and security of a nationwide company (Erie). We trust Amy not just as an insurance agent but as a friend to guide us through any questions or concerns we may have. Whenever I reach out with questions or an issue Amy addresses it immediately. We’re so glad we switched companies and we highly recommend James & Rae to all of our friends and family.

We asked for insurance quote after having been with the same company for a long time and James & Rae saved us a lot of money, while actually getting us better coverage on our cars! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They returned all calls promptly and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend!
