• I had some demanding, unusual and complex insurance requirements from a business client. Jeremy was extremely helpful, responsive (always returned e-mails and phone calls in a timely fashion), personable, patient and professional. Most impressive, Jeremy happily volunteered to deal directly with my client—I did not ask him. I’ve never had an insurance broker be such a strong advocate. Ultimately, I obtained policies to both my satisfaction and the client.
