To make matters worse, I ended up canceling my homeowners insurance and switching to a different provider. While on a call with both my mortgage company and this agency to request the cancellation and refund, the representative stated that the policy could not be backdated and said it was out of their control and up to Farmers Fire Insurance. The absolute worst insurance agency in the industry. If I could give 0 stars I would. T. (Initial used) doesn't do his job or return phone calls. All he cares about is his commission. Steer clear and find a good agent.

In a traffic collision in which my vehicle was hit and extensively damaged by an employee crossing the lane of travel from a stop sign, Mirsad, no insurance information was provided. We tried to work with him, and he claimed he would take care of the repairs. Eventually he said our estimates from a. local collision repair garage were "fraud" and refused to go through insurance. I contacted Malone and Nenstiel and was assured by Mr. Malone that he would help me "take care of this nightmare." He did not call back when arranged and refused to return my calls. I do not recommend dealing with a bus
