They took the time to understand my needs, ran multiple scenarios and found me several competitive rates all with significantly lower collision and comprehensive deductibles for roughly the same price per month and over a $100 per month less than I was being quoted elsewhere. I was recently relocated back to NE Pennsylvania and was so overwhelmed with trying to find car insurance and renters insurance. My mom (who is also a customer of Scott and Julie) said to "just call Julie". I called them and cried with how kind and easy they made the entire process. Also, less than one week back in Pennsylvania I was in an accident (on a Friday evening no less) and called the office and left a VM to let them know what was going on.
