• They were zero help after paying in for over a year, couldn't get a nickel out of them for assistance. Also the vet clinics in my area that supposedly take their "discount" had no idea what i was talking about.. so basically i wouldn't recommend going through this company and find a insurance plan that is specific for pets.

• Zero customer sevice. Started charging me but never opened my account. I got service through my jobs benefits offer but this company is absolute garbage not having real customer support. I highly recommend to stay as far away from pet assure as you can

• They change their coverages and don’t inform members! For the last two years I’ve received discounts for an allergy treatment for my pet and today I found out it’s not longer covered through my veterinarian, not Pet Assure. Really disappointed in this and feel like I’ve wasted money with this company. Now I have to change vets!
