• Several years ago, we experienced a devastating house fire that began with a faulty attic fan. While the fire ravaged the attic and second level of our home, the overzealous firefighters managed to destroy the remainder with the copious amounts of water used. To make matters worse, the fire occurred at the start of Fourth of July weekend during a sweltering summer, and we could not get an insurance agent out to assist us for nearly a week. By the time they assessed the property, black mold had grown everywhere in the home. We could only imagine what was behind the walls and under the flooring.

• I used Richard Green and Son's for a water leak on my property. Had I just listened to the adjuster my insurance company sent out I would have missed out on a substantial amount of money that I was entitled to in my policy. Chris is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of insurance claims. He is extremely detailed(like extremely) and fought very hard and guided me in order to recieve my claim. • I had a complex claim involving a fire in my home a few years back. Chris' expertise ensured that I received everything my policy entitled me to. The only thing I was more impressed with was Chris' availability. Day or night, weekday or weekend.
