They have refused to provide a receipt for the progressive auto policy they sold me and will not explain why it took over two weeks to cancel the policy. I was working with Stacey Albright and Holly over the phone. The last call I had with them they explained that since I'm no longer their client they do not have to provide any services to me and them looking for the receipt could take several hours because of the sheer amount of documents on my 6 month old policy.
