More on GoogleThus far I have had no issues with this pet insurance company. I have only filed one claim, but it was paid within 48 to 72 hours I believe and was direct deposited to my account. Uploading the vet invoice was very simple. I had a previous carrier but they just did not cover a lot of the services Spot does and the cost is reasonable. Based on my current experience, I would recommend.

I researched a lot of different pet insurance providers and found that Spot was the best fit for us. They are more affordable with good coverage. They have solid reviews on customer service and speed of claim processing, and I have found that to be true. They have a direct deposit option, so no waiting for reimbursements in the mail. It has been a positive experience with them so far. We didn’t go with the preventative care though. Based on potential reimbursements and the added cost, it didn’t seem worth it. Overall, we’re satisfied with Spot. Pet insurance is worth it.

We are very pleased with Spot insurance. We researched many insurances, the staff at Spot, explained everything about their company, how the process works, when submitting a claim. I never felt pressured into chosing this company or any of the packages that were offered. I had a great employee who took the time with me to choose the appropriate insurance that best fit for our fur babies. I submitted our first claim and we got a direct deposit into our account within 7 days of submitting it. I was very impressed. It's very easy system to use. They employees when you call in are very friendly.
