• I have them but I admit they're strange. They do things different than previous insurance companies I've been with but like they say, we should always shop around for the most affordable rate and in my case they were it. But they also say you get what you pay for. I paid my insurance 30 minutes before it said it was due, so what, it was still within the timeframe. But I noticed the next day on the app it said I had a lapse so I called to follow up. The representative is gonna tell me I paid at 11pm central time lol. I'm eastern time. • I would do NO STARS if available! I got into an accident 12/19/2024, spoke to my claim broker ONCE! I have been trying to contact ANYONE who will speak with me, I explain the situation and just keep getting transferred for HOURS until the place closes. No one will help me, I got insurance online, and it said I would get a rental, now that I need one, they said my policy doesn't have rental. I have left voicemails, and nothing I WILL be switching insurance companies. I would not recommend this company to my worst nightmare. I think for the amount of money I spend monthly, I should get a respons

• I would give zero stars if option was available. I requested buyers remorse info and was advised 24 hours after purchase would give full refund. Almost $250 and I was refunded $11. Told I cannot call underwriting or speak with anyone from underwriting for updated information. To send a written letter and cross my fingers. It’s a waiting game with very poor communication. 0/10. Don’t bother with customer service they say anything to get you off the phone and the company honors nothing. Terrible.
