Zack came to our home and spent a lot of time explaining things to us. With his help we were able to pick our new plans. We found Zack to be fun and very professional. Zack was able to make the entire medicare process painless and my wife and I actually enjoyed his visit. His knowledge of insurance particulars makes this process easy to follow and understand. When he was done, making our decision was easy. I would be glad to recommend Zack to anyone needing help navigating medicare insurance and/or advantage plans and would be comfortable in doing so. It is very obvious he enjoys what he is doing and it shows.
