My wife's Advantage Plan, recommended by Tracy was cancelled. When my wife contacted Tracy's team to get assistance, advice and new comparable plans she was told to contact individual companies herself (Even though my wife was an active client, she was told that she would no longer be considered an active client). My wife began to research other companies herself and needed some professional assistance and attended a meeting with Tracy for people losing coverage. We waited for over one month to see if this was a misunderstanding and we received no follow-up calls or advice. I do not recomme

I was extremely nervous about medical coverage and not understanding all the technical verbiage, but Tracy explained everything in layman's terms and made me feel comfortable. She reassured me that if I have any questions I could reach out to her anytime. I would highly recommend her and her staff.
