I have a big sign outside my store that says "Please wear your mask inside." One of the employees, Michael Palmer, walked into my store to sell me insurance. Refused to put a mask on "because he was only staying a minute," frisbeed his business card onto my counter while stating "We're insuring all the businesses around you. We're really good. Free quote." Then walked out. Oh man! Let me call up my local insurance broker and tell them to cancel my business insurance immediately so I can go with the arrogant man that disrespected me and my business! You lost my business in record time. Congrats
