More on GoogleAfter 18 months of being uninsured with Donegal with Mike, I suddenly received a surprise bill claiming they didn’t charge me enough for my previous policy — long after I had already switched to another provider. This feels completely unfair and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I called to resolve it, he screamed at me on the phone and didn't explain why they were charging a random $700. Never answers the phone and only communicates poorly through email. Not recommended.

Mike did a fantastic job working with me and my girlfriend on our auto and home policies. He took the time to thoroughly explain each item, work with us on costs, and find the best policy for our needs. I never waited for a phone call or email back. He was thorough, kind, patient, and made us feel important. I would highly recommend him.
