DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. Get insurance when your dog is healthy so it's there when you need it and its cheaper in the long run. Wrong. Not with this company. They just changed underwriters and are offering us half the coverage and more copay for double the price... now our pet has pre-existing conditions and quite a bit older. Now we can't go anywhere else without some serious tradeoffs. This is no where close to the coverage I looked for when shopping for insurance. Now I'm weighing going without insurance and having to make some hard decisions in the future or paying a lot more for some

Wagmo wellness plans are worth it but the accident is not. They had reasonable premiums for my two dogs before signing up. After 2 years they increased the premiums under the accident policy buy over 48% when I asked why they gave me a generic answer. I understand premiums go up but 48% is insane and now im stuck with them. Has anyone else experienced a rate hike like this in the past year. It feels like a bait and switch tactic because in order me to get my premiums down to something reasonable I need to change the coverage and ultimately change the product.
