• I want to lead with the fact that my overall experience with Wishbone has been great! I want to specifically recognize Allyson, Jennifer, and Christina for being a huge support anytime I have called regarding claims I wanted to submit. They were very attentive and empathetic. I’ve had my pet insurance coverage through my job for a year and for the first time ever I needed to use it due to an emergency. • I highly recommend not using this company. I had both my cats insured on the top plan (paying extra of course). The only time we have used it is for their annual exam. which we had no issues getting reimbursed. We found out during that routine exam one of our cats needs dental surgery. I asked Wishbone if it covered it - they said to send over the paperwork which I did and they will see what is and isn't covered. Wishbone then said starting next month, the policy is changing and won't cover ANY of the dental surgery. no medication, no bloodwork, NOTHING. keep in mind the policy i had signed up
