• So disappointing how they’ve gone downhill since Dawn was the owner! Been with Yardley for home and auto for a very long time. But the past few years, we always wondered why we even have an agent, as we’ve just called Progressive directly with any claims or questions. We recently saved $700 a year going through Progressive direct for our auto, and notified Yardley of the change and that they will still be listed as agent on our home policy but no longer the auto. • My father has been trying to get in touch with them for a month. No response. No return calls. We don’t know if anyone actually works there. It looks like once they have your money you don’t exist.
