  Wow. In all my years I have NEVER walked out of a movie theater....this is a first. Hubby and I went to see The Odyssey and were really looking forward to a much needed date night. The first indication that something was wrong was during the previews - the picture was completely stretched out to the point where it was even hard to tell who the actors on screen were. My husband let management know and they proceeded to try and fix it....at least two more times....and never got it right. It's a three hour movie, y'all!!!! There's no way we could sit thru the terrible stretched out/messed up picture that long!!!!! The trash cans were overflowing and the bathrooms were very messy. Ordinarily I would overlook that sort of thing if the overall experience was good but clearly this theater is not being well managed. I would have given this experience one star but the staff member who helped refund our money didn't give us any hassle and totally understood- he said he stuck his head in and saw what we were talking about and wondered whether it was an issue with the projector. I'm a Gen-Xer and have grown up going to the movies. I have never, ever left a film before!!! So disappointing- we will not be trying this theater again. In fact, it may have come to the point where we just continue staying home and wait until movies come out there.... This is the first negative review I have ever left (ok, that's not true - one time we stayed at a hotel and our luggage got infested with bedbugs....but that's a whole other story!)..... What a truly disappointing experience!

  AMAZING MOVIE THEATER! If you want to go to a great place, this is the place to go!!! I loved it here. You need to go here, it has the best drinks and food you can ever have at a movie theater. I recommend signing up for the movie rewards as well as and the paid version too. It is so worth it. Highly recommend it here. I’ve been here a few times now, and I think it’s a great experience every time

  Let's hope they do better next this coming weekend when we come to see the Mandalorian. We brought our 7 year old daughter there to see the Mario movie. The movie was great I love coming here. But they brought us the wrong order. We order two regular sized drinks and a junior (Mt. D/Dr P/Pepsi) and a Large popcorn. We got a LG popcorn, two small popcorn, 1 lg Pepsi and a junior deit Pepsi. Not at all what we order. We told the guy and he left us have the small popcorn and brought us a junior Mt dew. I wasn't going to sit there and argue with him in the middle of the movie. Not to mention the popcorn tasted burnt or old, or like the popcorn or butter was old. Something didn't taste right. So let's hope they step it up because this coming weekend it's just me and him and we are ordering dinner. Date night for us. I was just really disappointed in the service this time around.

  I think it's an awesome place. Seems like the thought process behind this theater franchise adheres to the mindset of someone who really has an appreciation for the magic of the theatre. I fully appreciate this aspect. This makes what I have to say next so disappointing. I don't care about mushy burgers or that other nonsense mentioned by these other reviewers. Back in the day there were no burgers and all that other nonsense served at the theatre. Every other aspect I would expect out of a movie theatre is what the Movie Tavern provides, but it is a cardinal sin to have to ask an employee to go in the back to fetch salt for your popcorn. Yes, SALT?! They don't even have it out for you to use and the person behind the counter does not allow you to pump your own butter on your popcorn. This place serves alcohol, food and all this other nonsense but does not allow you to pump your own butter, has some orange nonsense butter salt that you have to ask for and they have to walk 5 minutes to the back every time I go there to get salt packets and for this I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 5. This is a grotesque abomination. I'm sorry guys. lol

  Theater was clean and not too cold, great atmosphere, friendly staff and plenty of them there which kept all the lines moving at a nice pace. $45 for 3 tickets which is moderately priced these days and 2 drinks/2 popcorn and a snack bag was $35, I believe. Which isn't terrible either. All the seats worked and had moderate space which was great. Overall, we all had a wonderful time.
