More on GoogleI've been a tenant/client of Brad Michael and his company 12 Bridges Property & Estate Management for many years. Brad has always done a great job and his focus on clients is obvious. Whenever I've needed his help, Brad has always impressed me with how quickly he responds. I've had my AC unit break and need replacing in the middle of summer and Brad made sure it was replaced ASAP. Brad has been enormously helpful with managing our property. We spent the winter in Florida and Brad handled everything for us. We are new to the area and he managed heating, electric, carpentry repairs for us in addition to regular property visits. In the spring he discovered a leak in a fountain that we had assumed was turned off and got the plumber to correct the problem. He always has someone good to recommend for whatever we have needed. We trust both his judgment and his careful approach attention to our needs.

Brad found the pipes frozen, turned the water off at the source and saved our pipes from splitting. He followed up after the temp rose above freezing and let us know that they had thawed and that the water was running properly.
