More on GoogleThe office staff is friendly and efficient. Stephen Gresh took our intake call and answered all of our questions. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable, and very responsive to email/phone calls. Our appraisal was swiftly scheduled. Kyle Gresh came to the house today to do the appraisal. He was also professional, knowledgeable and personable, and took the time to sit with us and answer all of our questions (and we had a fair few...) We highly recommend Acadamy Appraisals, Inc.

We used Academy Appraisal for our recent appraisal before our move out of state. From beginning of the process to the end we couldn't be more happy with their service. Steve was very professional, even delivering our estimate in a speedy fashion because of our circumstance. He explained everything in the report and was available to answer any questions. Their pricing was fair. Please consider using them should you need an appraisal on your home. You won't be disappointed!

We had a great experience with Academy Appraisal. Our property is fairly unique so there really weren’t many obvious comparable properties. Because of that, we were a little concerned about how the appraisal would come in. Kyle did a phenomenal job. He clearly put real effort into researching the property and finding appropriate comps to fairly represent the value. It was obvious he understood the challenges of appraising a property like ours and took the time to do it right. The report was thorough, thoughtful, and ultimately came in at a number that made sense for both us and the bank. We
