He followed up the call within a few hours with a written proposal. The work was done when expected; the surveyor, Dean, was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything he was doing and was happy to answer every question my neighbor and I had. Besides getting the boundary marked, we learned a little about the surveying process. I would highly recommend ACREs and I feel confident in the job that was done.

ACRE was contacted about surveying my property that was listed in a flood zone. I had been paying flood insurance for years, but never knew why my property was located in a flood zone. Jonathan was quick to respond and thoroughly explained the process and expectations. After surveying it was determined that my property was out of the flood zone elevation limits. Jonathan filed the required paperwork and was available for any and all questions.

County Line Fence recommended ACRE Engineers & Land Surveyors so I could have my property lines determined before installing a physical fence. Both Jonathan Tabas and Dean Kostenbauder were wonderful to work with. Jonathan pushed my job up so the fence wouldn't be delayed, and Dean did a thorough and meticulous job of identifying my property lines. I was very happy with their work and courteous service.
