What people say
More on GoogleFive stars isn't enough. Working with Alex and Lane of Porchlight Real Estate was exceptional from start to finish. Alex was a true partner- steady when I wasn't, confident in every recommendation, and always two steps ahead. Every move was thoughtful, every detail handled, and every negotiation focused and effective. The results speak for themselves. I couldn't have asked for a better agent or a smoother, easier transaction.

I can’t say enough great things about Alex! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, always quick to respond, and truly had my best interests at heart every step of the way. What stood out most was his attention to detail and genuine care. I never felt rushed or pressured. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each step before moving forward. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, I ended up with the perfect home and an experience I’ll always be grate

About a year ago (I’m obviously very prompt with this review), I called Alex from out of state while trying to help a NJ friend find a short-term rental. He was beyond helpful, and took the time to explain the legal changes that had recently taken place regarding Realtors and rentals. I recommend Alex highly. He didn’t have to give me as much assistance as he did. He’s a good guy.
