Takes multiple days to respond, and they dont fix anything!! unfamiliar with property they manage, accused me of flushing paper towels down a toilet and then took me to court for 3k. Plumber came and told me septic tank was overflowing and thats why toilets were backing up. sewage was all over my patio for weeks. had to get a lawyer. this company was quick to blame me rather than working with me. they lost in court and the rental owner fired them. worst experience I have ever had.
