Is it possible to love your title company? Probably not. But you can have mad respect for them. We just went through a real estate transaction spanning 9 months from offer to closing involving an overleveraged and underwater seller, a well known national home building corporation, several enormous liens and title defects, an impending lawsuit and foreclosure, and a property subdivision which muddied all of the escrow amounts.
