Had a sorta court appointed appraisal conduct by Brett. It came back like 4-5 months later, which I thought odd it should take that long came in way overpriced and negatively affected everyone. In response to your rebuttal, everyone, even the attorneys, were looking for your appraisal. Must have been the courts or the masters over or under site. No one was looking for your advocacy or assistants in their matter, the vaulation you placed on the property was way over with the local market and with the work that it needed.
