More on GoogleRay Carr and the entire staff at BC Property Management are extremely competent and do an excellent job managing my townhouse community. I have served on the Board of Directors for 10 years, and have worked with Ray throughout this time. Ray's guidance has been invaluable in helping our community look great, control costs, and increase property values. I highly recommend his company to anyone looking for a property management company.

It's been raining INSIDE my house since April (7 months!). There has been significant damage to wood flooring, rug, and furniture. BC property management still has not addressed this issue, much less fixed it. They do not even show up when promised. At my wits' end with this company!
