Lori almost always answers the phone, the few times she couldn’t she returned my call quickly. This was my first mortgage and Lori was extremely knowledgeable and most generous with her time. Even after the closing Eric and Lori followed up with me and assured me that if I needed anything not to hesitate and contact them. We were in need of a home equity loan to do home repairs -we were so glad we went with Benchmark mortgage co. Working with Lisa Perta was extremely easy. It was a lot of paperwork but she made it seem effortless on how she explained everything. Lori Robinson stepped in for the closing of the loan and was very accommodating to our times and helpful with all the closing paperwork. I would recommend this company for all mortgage needs!!
