More on GoogleI had Shar as my property manager for a couple years. I don't like giving someone a bad rep. but there was many reason I had to get another property manager. She is a nice person, but if your looking for someone that will manage your properties well, it's not Berkshire Property Management. Just to give one example they would charge me $50 to remove snow. The new property manager charges me $7. And I get the same value. If you are looking for a property manager interview Shar, but just take into consideration my review and ask her how she charges.

Investing in rental properties can be challenging, especially if you are looking for a passive investment. Berkshire Property Management effectively managed my property, making it essentially no concern throughout the 9 years that I utilized their service. They got me tenants in quickly and for more rent than my initial investment plan required. Investment properties are never without problems, but Berkshire Property Management handled my property quite well over the course of my ownership.

I made an appointment with Shar to see a house at 1 PM on a certain day. I got there at 12:50 PM. At 1:05 PM I used my cell phone to call Berkshire Property Management. I said I had an appointment with Shar and was waiting for her. The person said “Okay, I will tell her” and then immediately hung up the phone. At 1:20 I called again and Shar answered. I asked if she was coming to the house and she said no. She said she had left a message on my home phone that day and I didn’t call her back and so she will not keep the appointment.
