Would not recommend. I rented for 2 years. Zero upkeep to their properties, zero inspections of their properties. The property was not even cleaned before having me move in. Then charged me to clean up the stuff that was left there from previous tenants.

I used to rent a property managed by Black Rock Symmetry Construction and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. As a mother, I was constantly worried about my kids’ safety. The electricity would go out regularly, and we’d be left sitting in the dark for hours, waiting on someone (if anyone even showed up) to come turn it back on. We filed multiple maintenance requests and were completely ignored. Nothing was ever truly fixed. Living there felt like we were one accident away from disaster. It’s just a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt. Do not rent from them, especi
