Candace Brooks | Pennsylvania & New Jersey Real Estate Agent

Candace Brooks was amazing in helping my family sell my mom’s house after she passed away. We truly needed help, and Candace went above and beyond in every way. She made smart, subtle decor recommendations to make the home more marketable, brought in her team to stage it, and rearranged furniture to better optimize the space. She also hosted a pre-listing open house with select local realtors to build interest before it officially hit the market. The result: 6 offers, all over asking price, in the first day after the open house. Candace also helped us find a service to completely clean out
