More on GoogleI’ve had a great experience working with Mike Rohm at Commonwealth Commercial Appraisal Group, on numerous assignments. He is always responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and very realistic in his approach and conclusions. Mike does a great job explaining the process and market conditions in a clear, practical way, which makes his appraisals easy to understand and rely on. His professionalism, attention to detail, and turnaround time consistently meet (and often exceed) expectations. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone in need of a trusted commercial appraiser.
