I wish I would’ve read the reviews before falling into the same situation many others have. I sent Brian a check for a deposit to do a survey of my lot. He cashed the check and hasn’t answered phone calls or emails in 3 weeks. He is a highly unethical businessman. I guess I’ve been scammed too!🤨

We hired Brian in 2017 to join 2 properties. It took him 10 months to survey our lot, paid $800 . He never completed the work, called him about it 1st few times he answered and said he would send paperwork into township. Call countless times after and he never calls back. We finally gave up on him. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH HIM, FIND SOMEONE ELSE!

Ordered subway on October 22nd. He took the deposit and disappear. I called him for many times, sent messages, No answer. Don't ever use his service. it will waist of time and Money.
